In our team prevail our positive attitude and willingness, the desire to learn quick, our motivation trying to meet through what we do not create conflicts and are assertive, that is the express what we want without harming others and just as we listen being very respectful. We try to do things well.
We are a small company that is growing little by little thanks to our customers. In Spanish we say “Who sows, collects”. In ADAYSS there is a great work and effort of many years and it allows the company to grow at a good pace and direction.
About us / Your contacts
- Yolanda: ADAYSS Director and Founder CEO, is a fighter who in difficult times does not come down, quite the opposite, she seeks much and keeps it productive. She loves her job and it shows in the results. She travels constantly allowing her to be very open to changes and have values and knowledge that you cannot learn on the books.
- Manuela: An Italian citizen, and graduated in Chemistry Scientific Tourism is our latest addition to the team. It was an Au pair in Cantabria in 2007 through us.
- Marta: She worked two years as an Au pair in London (UK) to improve the language. She is an independent person who is capable to adapt to any situation, serious, responsible and perfectionist. Degree in Management and Business Administration from the University of Cantabria in 2012.
- Jesús: He works in ADAYSS since it was founded in 2003 with an incredible ability to create and manage changes that are always in profit and improvement of ADAYSS.

Where we are
Our main office is located in Cantabria.
We are a company in the process of expanding and currently we have offices in London, Naples, Madrid, Bilbao and Cantabria. It’s a great pleasure to be open to Europe and work closely with them. We are sure we will learn a lot from our European neighbors and them from us.
Discounts
We engage with young people, therefore, we signed a collaboration agreement in Madrid, Bilbao and Cantabria, so they can benefit with a discount of 20% on our Pre- registration Au pair Programs. “Jovenmania” Partnership Agreement.
As far as possible we try to facilitate their participation in our programs and encourage them to live an unique experience.
