From our main office in Portugalete, we work throughout the Nord área –Vasque Country and Cantabria-. We choose the best candiates for you and we deal with all the paperwork.

At ADAYSS, we know that we are working with the most important thing, human beings (families, kids, homes, nannies, etc.), because of that we want to work closed to you and have your absolutely trust. Our main goal is that our clients, both families and nannies, are satisfied and happy at any time.

Our selection process gets included the next services:

  1. Interview with the family to get to know them, this will help us finding the best fit.
  2. Searching and selection process, which includes a personal interview, check experience and willing to work. We can assure you that all our employees have experience and checked references. After all this process, we know which employee is better for each job, considering special needs, flexibility, tastes and hobbies.
  3. We intoduce our posible employees to our families. They can interview their future employees wherever they prefer –their home, our main office, any other place, etc.).
  4. Each possible employee will have a profile where it shows their experience, studies or other relevant information.
  5. Exchanged guarantee. We are sure about the qualities of our employees. Because of that if you don’t feel as if your selected employee is not what you need, you can choose another one. No extra charge!
  6. We study each case and we offer customized solutions.

 

Service types

  1. Babysitter: occasional child care. Week days, weekends, date nights, etc. The babysitter will take care of your kids at your home or at any other place you choose.
  2. Part time nanny: an employee who goes to your home a couple of days per week.
  3. Full time nanny: An employee who provides an unique child care that supports families by providing flixible care for children. Take them to school, pick them up, help cleaning, usually from Monday to Friday.
  4. Housekeepers (part or full time): an employee respnsible of cleaning your house, cooking or ironing.

 

Fees

  1. Babysitter: 20€
  2. Nannies (part or full time): 50€
  3. Housekeepers (less tan 4 hours per day): 60€
  4. Housekeepers (full time): 70€

Clients make only one apyment four our services. Every process includes an exchanged of employee during the first months.

Price includes searching process, selection and paperwork.
